Underground imagery, unsparing quotes, provocative lyrics, and biographical details: "ZAPPAESK" is a musical visual journey through the life of the exceptional artist and enfant terrible Frank Zappa - and a tribute to the "mother of invention." Andreas Rausch creates an impressively creative fusion of Zappa´s biographical details with quotes from his often ruthlessly provocative lyrics.
By playing with time, Rausch suspends the chronology of events (biography, compositions, expanded artistic representations) in order to rearrange the "evolution of a creative thought" with absolute freedom and in a new way.
