Kun Tan and the struggle of stability go hand in hand even in the process of writing Unnamed by Man. While the conflict is common, especially after moving continents 3 times before the age of 20, it aids in writing the stability and serenity of an unchanging place in a twist of cosmic irony. Having found enjoyment in the arts when living in Germany, the skills and motivations necessary were honed in the U.S.A with the muse of a childhood in Thailand. Religion, and the many viewpoints of it that were witnessed across the world, granted Tan a special insight into the godly and the many horrors behind their tales.
