Yvanka B. Raynova, who holds a D.Sc., a Ph.D., and a Dr.Phil., is a full professor of contemporary philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and director of the Institute for Axiological Research in Vienna. She is the author of numerous publications in the fields of phenomenology, hermeneutics, value theory, and philosophy of religion.
