I am Sam. A heart full of feelings, a mind that refuses to stay silent.

Emotions have always been a part of me. Loud, honest, sometimes overwhelming. i am not ashamed of them. Not anymore. I have seen how often people avoid talking about what they feel. As if emotions were something to hide. But i believe the opposite.

The more we speak of them, the more human we become.

I wrote my first book about emotions when I was thirteen. It was the beginning of learning to understand myself. Because no matter how far I distance a character from who I am, my feelings always echo in theirs.

I do not believe in forbidden topics. I do not believe in forced happy endings. I believe in truth. And sometimes, truth hurts. That is why I write with honesty, with vulnerability, and with the hope that someone, somewhere, will feel seen.
