What if you are not a project to fix, but a garden to tend?
The Soul Is a Garden is an intimate journey through love, freedom, identity, and becoming told through the metaphor of a soul that, like any garden, moves through seasons of blooming, resting, and growth. Across forty-five reflective chapters, you'll explore the walls we build around our hearts, the masks we mistake for ourselves, the courage it takes to leap into the unknown, and the quiet, ongoing work of coming home to who you already are.
Part memoir, part guided reflection, this book moves gently between honest personal storytelling and journal prompts designed to help you meet your own patterns, fears, and longings with compassion instead of judgment.
This is not a book about becoming someone new. It is an invitation to remember who you were before the world told you who to be and to discover that your soul, like every garden, was never meant to be perfect.
