Owner of .mittelstand.de (The information platform of the new middle class. A community that seeks innovative collaboration). Among other things, with teaching assignments at the Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Paracelsus Heilpraktiker Schulen, TÜV Nord, working as managing director and management consultant in the field of design management, marketing and technology, among others on behalf of the European Union and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, mainly for ministries, institutes and small and medium-sized companies.

After completing several training courses in a range of short-term therapy methods, including EMDR, hypnosis, systemic constellation work, kinesiology, and as an NLP master and coach, as well as studying neuroscience and cognitive science, indigenous teachings and mythologies, I now support people, companies and regions in the field of innovation as a coach, speaker and consultant.
