Pim is only 14 years old.
Spooky, quiet, strange - say others.
Cursed, lost, dangerous, alone - whispers something inside her.

Ever since she was about 5 years old, Pim lives with a darkness inside her, and that not only in her head. Voices, shadows, ghostly traces that she sees where others only see emptiness. When she is sent away by her da... by Mordecai and the rest of her found family, she ends up in the middle of nowhere, with the angel El, a mysterious mentor who believes Pim could learn to control her powers. So we have at least one person who belives that, cause Pim doesn't!

Between campfires, oppressive darkness and thoughts that are not always her own, Pim begins to write a diary. In it, she records what it is like trying to find herself without losing herself in the process.
Or worse: without dragging anyone into the abyss with her.
