Leti Haziraj comes from the small village of Runik, Kosovo. She grew up in a big family where the simplicity and the beauty of the rural life shaped her early years, which she mostly spent reading on the local library. While growing up in this small place, she developed a deep connection to books and arts. Her love for storytelling inspired her to pursue a career in film production where she recently graduated. She has been involved in many artistic projects, assisting in script-writing, production and acting in the local scene. Currently, she is the head editor of the magazine Orpheu, a printed platform for essays and poetry from emerging talents.
