This biographical thought collection dives deep into a girl's journey of self-discovery, philosophical observances on the world and humanity as well as the debilitating impact of mental health on the human experience of love and life.
The exploration of the colour blue gently guides the reader through the thoughts and sensations of a raw, vulnerable and honest insight into a human moment in time, when something that is praised as a beautiful experience, a person's first love, turns into a heart-breaking tale of self-realization and reflection.
Hannah Becker is a writer, poet, ardent lover of words and the worlds they unveil. She is a first-year literature student and choral scholar at The Queens College in Oxford, a city she vividly brings to life in her debut novel All the Ways We Almost Knew Each Other. Born in Germany in 2005, she currently lives in two worlds at once, travelling between Oxford and her hometown of Mönchengladbach each term. When she is not reading or writing, she can be found dreaming big, romanticising her life, enjoying movie nights, laughing loudly, and singing her heart out.
