Sophia Mac Dougall

Sophia Mac Dougall is a university student based in Germany majoring in English and Spanish to become a high school teacher. This book started out as a therapy exercise but has grown into something bigger.
Sophia hopes to reach all the people who are currently or have in the past been supporting someone going through a rough time, be it healthcare professionals, educators or friends and family, but also those affected who might recognize themselves in the story, and of course everyone who has not had any contact with the topic yet but wants to learn.
In her free time, Sophia enjoys learning languages (with Estonian being her biggest challenge yet), making music and spending time with cats.
