What Remains is not a love story. Its whats left after one ends.
This collection of poems traces the rise and violent fall of a four-year relationship built on promises, lies, and the illusion of forever. From the innocence of first love to the suffocating silence of betrayal, from a shared home to an empty room, this is the story of a girl who gave everything, only to be left with nothing but memories and scars.
Written from the wreckage, these poems are not polished with hope. They are raw. Real. Grieving. Furious. And honest.
For anyone whos ever stayed too long, trusted too deeply, or lost themselves trying to hold someone else together. What Remains will see you, break you, and maybe help you begin again.
Angeliki Kampataidou is a writer and artist from Greece, now living in Vienna. She has always been drawn to creating stories, writing fantasy worlds that carried fragments of reality within them. But when heartbreak struck, fantasy wasnt enough. Poetry became the only way to express what she feltthe raw, unfiltered truth of her story. This collection is her first step into poetry, born from pain but written with the hope of connection. Through her words, Angeliki invites readers to walk with her through love, loss, and healing, finding pieces of themselves along the way.
