being born 2001 in Bavaria, Germany, I started to deal with the intensity and power of emotions at a very young age. I soon realised that everyone has a different perception and it always felt hard for me to find a person who could empathize with me emotionally. Growing up in my parents' war of the roses, I moved out at the age of 18 to study business administration in Vienna. In addition to strokes of fate, love and betrayal, I was constantly busy finding myself out there. As a highly sensitive person, I found a way for me to express all my thoughts and feelings by putting them on paper. Five years later I finished not only my studies but I also created a book that captures milestones on my rocky journey to finally finding self-awareness followed by self-love.
