African cuisine is attracting increasing interest around the world. However, restaurant owners and chefs have so far lacked a reference guide to help them develop their Ivorian recipes. This is what inspired the writing of this book on African cuisine, and Ivorian cooking in particular. Attiéké and plantains are the national dishes of Côte d'Ivoire, sometimes served with drinks such as ginger juice, hibiscus tea or tamarind juice. You'll discover Ivorian flavours with a Western twist in a refined menu. Volume 1: Drinks and Cocktails Volume 2: Attiéké Volume 3: Plantains
