Dear reader.

This book is a collection of moments and insights gathered while living daily life and facing common (and often intensely hard) challenges. It is based on real conversations and events and presents different perspectives on how to work through/with emotions and mind.

Although we might process situations differently, we are humans, and there are patterns. Some helpful ideas and transformative techniques that I've discovered in 10+ years of self experimentation and the facilitation and teaching of deep emotional processes are presented here.

Dealing with emotions is a life-long journey.
It's a pragmatic decision to learn how to do it.
