Caught up in the rush of societal expectations, we often forget to advocate for our mental well-being, to say "no," or to remove ourselves from potentially harmful situations. Abuse is neither amusing nor entertaining. Whether verbal or psychological, abuse is more prevalent than we realise and can affect anyone, not just the most vulnerable among us.
