Hamburg Law Review 2018/2

The Hamburg Law Review is published by the Faculty of Law at the University of Hamburg (UHH). The University of Hamburg was founded in 1919. Today the University hosts over 40.000 students, including approximately 4.000 law students. The Hamburg Law Review intends to contribute to a constructive dialogue with colleagues from around the globe. This issue concentrates on the use of the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts 2016 as a bridge between common and civil law, as discussed at the 10th anniversary conference of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre in Hamburg, Germany.
