After positions at a university and the Fraunhofer Society, she transitioned into consulting, where she now helps organizations design future-oriented ways of working and leading with agility. A certified systemic coach with multiple credentials in organizational development, she translates research into practical measures that strengthen focus, collaboration, and well-being. Her approach combines academic precision with a warm, human touch. Outside work, she treasures time with her family, enjoys traveling and sports, and keeps exploring.
