This book is a deeply intimate poetry collection that explores the mind of an author and her struggles with mental health. It touches on themes like abusive relationships and their aftermath, trauma and depression but also healing and finding a way forward.
Alaska, born in southern Austria, has been writing poetry since she was 15 years old. She is proud owner of a sheep named Mokka and now lives in Vienna and where she recently finished her bachelor's degree in transcultural communication and works in a bookstore.
