It is hard to talk about mental health. Depression, mental illnesses, self-harm, suicide are still a taboo for many. Then, reading might be enough. For now. The stories in this book do not offer any solution or cure. They are statements. Things, people, feelings that exist. This book wants to raise a voice and tell anyone who might need to hear it: you are not alone.
