About the Author Alessia Werlen is a Swiss writer, who started writing as form of therapy. After a lot of bad and hurtful experiences, Alessia battled with various negative emotions. Reading books that made her feel understood and writing down her own thoughts have helped her grow and turn those negative thoughts into positive ones. Now years later of writing her thoughts and emotions down on paper, she decided to give it a try and write her first poetry book. In the hope of reaching people who can also feel understood by reading it.
