Business negotiations are often performed with broadly distributed groups, spread over different countries. Electronic negotiation support systems (NSS) can help companies to save time and money by allowing to conduct negotiations online via the internet. Current NSSs do not sufficiently consider the process of creating a negotiation agenda. The agenda however is an important prerequisite for any negotiation and should be an integral part of an NSS. The author analyses negotiations and especially the process of creating an agenda and creates a holistic system which includes flexible agenda negotiations into the overall negotiation process.
