A book of love and grief. Life is a Story - story.one

The human mind is a fascinating construction of nervous regulation, hormones and cognitive processing. Sometimes, we don't understand why we feel the way we feel which leaves us confused and sometimes overwhelmed by our own emotions. Some of us have a hard time overcoming that and dealing with it. This book is a compilation of stories and poems that I wrote in order to let myself feel.
