We need to talk more about miscarriages, about loss, and about grief. It may not be easy, but it is important. This book is dedicated to those who experience miscarriage. This is for mothers, fathers, and other grievers alike. This is for those who want to understand.

Carrying You Always is a deeply personal collection of poems. The words came out of the silence, trying to encapsulate the pain. It gives a voice to some of the loneliest and darkest days, with the hope that these words can offer some help, even just a little.
